Out of Limbo

Finally, after an agonizing five days, my oncologist called to report that there was no cancer found on my MRI. Fantastic! Now, you would think I'd be done, but I'm not. I'm still headed to the operating room sometime in the next month or so and after I recover from that I will be back in the chemo room for the other four rounds of Taxol.

No matter. The last two months of chemo worked on me and that's all I care about right now.

Yeah LIZ!! I'm so happy that the MRI was positive. And I'm jealous as heck that you have a chemo break. Can't wait 'till I can raise a glass of vino myself!

Enjoy this break thoroughly...

Liz,

We are so happy to hear that your results were positive. Your messages are very upbeat and you sound great. Keep your spirits up and there is no doubt you will beat this.

Lisa and I are praying for you.

We will stay tuned for future updates.

Also, I know we are far away, but please let us know if there is anything that we can do for you and Billy.

Love,
Brian

Hell yes!!!

I am hapy to hear that things are going well. I know it has been rough on you, and I must say...I've missed our talks. Keep up the good work, the tenacity, the bulldog spirit.
