Surgery is scheduled

The expanders are coming out in December! December 11 is the day the expanders come out and my new implants go in. Finally I will really be on the road back to my life and health and daily pain will be behind me. By New Year's Eve I should be ready to celebrate the end of the worst year of my life and the beginning to a new part of my life. I hope my new life now will include running, graduate school, savoring the wonderful people and moments in my life, and sharing what I've learned this year with the women who still have to get through this.
